Who We Are

Fresh by Mom is a meal delivery service on Oahu featuring 100% plant-based meals made with locally sourced ingredients. We work with dietician and chef consultants to formulate meals that are nourishing, low-impact, and delicious, while maintaining a strong nutritional profile.

Our goal is to make healthy eating easy and enjoyable for you. We know how hard it is to plan, prep, and cook healthy meals that you love every day. But we also believe everyone deserves the benefit of eating this way! We hope to serve our community, providing this piece of health and happiness.

Each week we post a new menu featuring 2 servings of 3 main meals plus a breakfast bundle to last the week. We deliver on Saturday to Town, North Shore, Windward Side, Ewa, and Kapolei, and offer pickup options in town on Sunday. We also feature a bakery menu with deliveries during the week within 3 days of ordering.
